We are currently expanding at a phenomenal rate – on the back of what is our record year in terms of revenue (over £800m) and so are looking for like-minded individuals to join our dedicated Head Office team, to help the company continue to flourish.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • You will take ownership of Video Editing of all content that comes out of our in-house studio, including editing live productions and pre-recorded content
  • Support the In-house Studio Technician with the production of live shows, as well as providing annual leave/last-minute cover where needed
  • Creatively repurpose video content in a variety of ways to ensure maximum return when it comes to sharing messaging
  • Storyboarding video content and supporting the wider business with best practices when it comes to how to best share their content via video
  • Self-sufficient in all aspects of the content creation journey from spotting opportunities, picking up a camera, producing the edit and sharing the final content

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A team player with experience within this field and confident using a variety of production software including, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Confident (solo) camera operating including framing in a variety of environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong team player who can work productively and comfortably in a small team and by themselves
  • Highly organised, detail-orientated individual with high-quality standards and the ability to manage and support multiple projects at one time.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Familiar with Blackmagic Hardware & Software
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • MS Office 365
