If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have an inherent understanding of human psychology, then you might just be the person we’re looking for!

The position is contractual to begin with, with the opportunity to turn into a full-time salaried position with exceptional benefits. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a successful social media strategy across various platforms.
  • Craft irresistible captions and content that stimulate audience engagement, trigger conversations, and hone in on Dr. Saad’s voice.
  • Be receptive to feedback and continuously improve in caption writing.
  • Convert long-form videos into bite-sized social media content.
  • Use design tools like Canva, Vidyo, Descript to create aesthetically pleasing and informative posts.
  • Conceive, pitch, and execute innovative media segment ideas (after learning how to do it).
  • Use social media planning tools to maintain organized and consistent content schedules.
  • Be open to learning and using AI apps that enhance design efficiency and aesthetics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize engagement.
  • Write engaging newsletters that capture our founder’s voice, and approach to therapy.
  • Be resourceful and motivated when attempting to solve problems.
  • Work independently and in close collaboration with the brand owner and team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, Design or a related field.
  • Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Familiarity with professional software for planning and executing social media strategies.
  • Ability to generate and pitch innovative ideas.
  • Solid understanding of human behavior and psychology.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Resourceful and motivated when attempting to solve problems.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Vidyo, Descript and video editing software.

We’re seeking intuitive, innovative individuals who are ready to commit long-term to our brand, unlocking the potential of social media to inspire and engage. Training will be provided to help you create effective media pitches.

Are you ready for a fulfilling challenge that matches your skills and passions, and willing to commit to a brand that’s changing lives? Apply today and help shape the online journey of one of the world’s most respected psychologists!
