Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and refining experiences for a consumer-facing digital product, service, website, video games or app
• A strong portfolio of work that shows how you work with others, your thought process and, of course, examples of your UX design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills to clearly convey copy decisions to different delivery skills
• A strong understanding that there is no 1 size fits all solution to UX
• Strong attention-to-detail, and the ability to lead multiple projects at the same time

What the job involves

• From the discovery phase through to delivery, you’ll be responsible for leading the UX design on the TV interface projects focused on mixed reality and camera first experiences
• Working closely with the Design and TV Products teams, you’ll demonstrate an ability to come up with innovative ideas, tackle problems creatively and shape these into clear, inclusive and important copy solutions that center around customer needs
• You’ll drive customer research, with the help of our UX research team, so you can make data-driven decisions
• The need to constantly evolve or create new customer experiences will always be at the forefront of everything you do, and you’ll stay on top of wider design and technology trends to make this happen
• You’ll actively own the team to champion the value of UX design practices across the wider business, plus play a key part in keeping stakeholders up to date with the latest and greatest in technology and trends
