Our clients include many of the world’s leading banks, private banks, wealth management firms, life and annuity companies, and employee benefit providers.

The Job/What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and looking for career growth and challenge.

This is a full-time role in Voyant’s Austin, Texas office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and prioritize features, fostering effective communication and shared goals
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes on mobile and web platforms, optimizing the user experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to make decisions, coordinate and willing to learn
• Dynamite portfolio that showcases the end product and process
• Deep understanding of brand design, visual hierarchy, information design concepts, typography, iconography, data visualization, and color strategy
• Knowledge of brand, marketing and UI design, current industry trends and latest design techniques
• An understanding of the capabilities and limitations of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree (highly preferred) or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 years of Visual design experience
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools
• Must have an online portfolio of work
• Experience in financial planning products is a plus
