Voyant is a global enterprise software provider specializing in modern financial advisor and client interactions, using financial education, complex calculations, and deep personalization as a basis for client engagement. Our clients include many of the world’s leading banks, private banks, wealth management firms, life and annuity companies, and employee benefit providers.
The Job/What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and looking for career growth and challenge.
This is a full-time role in Voyant’s Austin, Texas office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and prioritize features, fostering effective communication and shared goals
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes on mobile and web platforms, optimizing the user experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to make decisions, coordinate and willing to learn
- Dynamite portfolio that showcases the end product and process
- Deep understanding of brand design, visual hierarchy, information design concepts, typography, iconography, data visualization, and color strategy
- Knowledge of brand, marketing and UI design, current industry trends and latest design techniques
- An understanding of the capabilities and limitations of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree (highly preferred) or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of Visual design experience
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools
- Must have an online portfolio of work
- Experience in financial planning products is a plus
