Job Description:

• Contract Freelance Videographer/Cinematographer looking to work alongside a busy wedding firm.
• Ideal candidate will have experience filming weddings and a natural ability to shoot in a creative manner and take direction from the team.
• Current dates available.

Available Dates:

• NY1st Shooter, 2nd Shooter - September 9, 2023 - Southampton, NY - $45 for travel - 6hrs
• 1st Shooter - September 9, 2023 - NYC - 7hrs
• NJ2nd Shooter - September 15, 2023 - Voorhees, NJ - $45 for travel - 8hrs
• 2nd Shooter - September 16, 2023 - Bay Head, NJ - $30 for travel - 6hrs
• CT2nd Shooter - September 9, 2023 - Weston, CT - 30 for travel - 10hrs
• 2nd Shooter - September 16, 2023 - Riverside/Greenwich CT - $15 for travel - 10hrs
• 1st Shooter, 2nd Shooter - September 23, 2023 - Manchester CT - $150 for travel - 6hrs
• 2nd Shooter - September 30, 2023 - Bristol, CT - $135 for travel - 8hrs

Required Skills:

• Passionate about filming and creating stories
• Ability to take candid moments and add creative value.
• Have the ability to look at any subject and see how it helps others and tell that.
• Highly Skilled with DSLR’s (Manual Mode) Filming, Gimbal, sliders, and special equipment
• Able to meet deadlines, follow directions, and willingness to learn
• Work a flexible schedule including after business hours/weekends if necessary.
• Have reliable transportation and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must have filmed a minimum of 10 weddings
• Must provide all necessary equipment.
• Proficiency in working with a team

Requirements:

• We will only consider you if you have a wedding reel. Sorry, but too many people out there that say they can do it…but can’t even compose a reel.

$40.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

Weekends as needed

• We require all our contractors to have their own equipment. Please list out all the gear you would be using for the wedding gig.

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Wedding: 1 year (Required)
• Videography: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

75% (Required)
