Job Description:

Insight Global are actively hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager (Account Manager) for a large client in the Finance Industry, based in New York but fully remote for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will lead divisional marketing campaigns and projects across all complexity tiers, with a specific focus on Tier 1 and 2. In addition to managing a team of individual Account Managers, they are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting its customer needs, working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s output. They are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for budgeting (budget management experience)
• Engaging in understanding the work and capacity of team members to provide direction.
• Have a first-class knowledge of agency reporting tools and dashboards (primarily Workfront).
• Create and offer presentations.
• Responsible for marketing campaigns and projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Degree in Marketing/or a Business; or 5+ years working experience
• Prior management experience
• Expertise in client and project management
• Extensive experience of working in large/matrix organizations
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Prior experience having direct reports.
• Adept in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office and campaign management tools

Salary: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Stakeholder management: 4 years (Required)
