About the Company

Our client is a global and trusted technology business that leads the way in the healthcare industry. With a current focus on digital transformation, we are looking for a UX Designer to join their rapidly growing product portfolio team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior UX Lead to design and implement the vision for our client’s new website
• Understand user needs and generate ideas to solve problems
• Prototype designs and test them with users
• Collaborate with design & development agencies as well as internal stakeholders to create top-class user experiences

Measurement Criteria for Success

• Create digital experiences that solve genuine human needs and have a positive impact on users
• Efficiently work on multiple projects to deliver new features, bug fixes, and improvements
• Untangle hard conceptual problems into digestible chunks for better UI and user experience
• Sketch, design, prototype, and test products with new ideas and concepts
• Maintain consistency in product appearances following design systems and user experience standards

Required Skills

• Strong skills in visual user interface design and user experience
• Experience in responsive design and in-depth knowledge of Figma
• Experience in data analytics activities and utilizing analytics and behavioral analytics for research
• Considerable experience in design research methodologies including facilitating workshops and ideation techniques
• Knowledge of mobile usability and accessibility standards
• Highly advantageous if you have worked with Jira, Miro, Hotjar, Google Analytics
