The position

We’re looking for an experienced producer to join our team in Madrid HQ to support the senior team on high-end marketing content productions and lead on a variety of key marketing briefs. The candidate should have past experience in producing fashion content for both stills and film and a passion for delivering high-end creative on-time and on-budget. Ideally, this is a candidate with 4-5 years of experience working in the world of production. English speaking is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage a variety of productions, ensuring all content assets are delivered on time and budget.
• Support the senior team on high level campaigns ensuring the smooth running of the project by coordinating relevant production elements.
• Work across multiple projects with different production leads.
• Manage and monitor production timelines and deliverables, navigating competing priorities and escalating accordingly.
• Create and manage budgets for tasked projects.
• Negotiate fees and manage relationships with creative collaborators such as photographers, directors, animators and set designers and their agents.
• Support and maintain the smooth running of our in-house production processes.

Profile:

We are looking for a freelance content producer who ideally has:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience acting as a producer in a creatively-driven environment, managing productions across stills and video
• Ideally has experience producing content for a Luxury brand or another brand with similar values
• Experience working across multiple channels & deliverables
• Experience in art buying and negotiation
• Excels when working in cross-functional teams
• Possesses an intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts and craft
• Excellent attention to detail
