Job Description:

• Commercially driven, highly skilled, and organized photographer
• Team player who will drive the business forward
• Integral in Blend’s progress into lifestyle, fashion, and creative imagery
• Excel in studio lighting for products and fashion
• Passionate about photography
• Well versed in shooting in fast-paced studios
• Produce high volume, high standard ecom commercial products, creative still life, and fashion images
• Ability to plan and organize shoots effectively and deliver to deadlines
• Support studio assistants and freelancers
• Advise and direct the post-production process
• Collaborate with the post-production department
• Attend pre and post-production meetings with clients
• Maintain stringent quality control on all images
• Follow the company’s best practices in asset management
• At least two years of experience in a commercial professional photographic studio
• Experience working in an Ecommerce studio environment (desirable)
• Creative flair
• Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet creative deadlines
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Proactive with ideas and creative solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with cameras, lighting, or computers
• Passionate with a natural flare for photography and videography
• Flexible and accommodating attitude
