Web Designer is needed in Houston, United States, United States.

Location: Houston, United States
Contract: Contractor, Full Time
Duties:
- Design and create visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for the website design
- Develop and implement website layout, graphics, and other visual elements
- Ensure website design is compatible with different browsers and devices
- Optimize website performance and loading speed
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using web design software and tools such as SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, etc.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, React Express, Node.js
- Experience with motion graphics and visual design is a plus
- Familiarity with usability principles and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
