Role Overview

Champions is looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Contract Web Designer.

You Will

  • Design and develop Champions website
  • Create website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements.
  • Install and configure Champions plugins and extensions.
  • Update and maintain websites to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the IT team to understand project requirements and provide project updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design.

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Website Development or related experience.
  • A strong passion for web design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX, HTML, and CSS.
  • Javascript is a plus (or preferred).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A portfolio or examples of your previous design work, even from personal projects or coursework.
