Shelving & Racking Ltd is a small business in Leeds. We are well established and going through a period of growth so we are looking for someone to work in house for 6 months on projects we are currently outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and objectives
  • Develop website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experience across different devices
  • Create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for the website
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end functionality
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website design
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with web design tools
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design principles
  • Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
  • Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and database management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type:

Temporary contract

Salary:

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
