Job Summary

In order to achieve our mission, we require a person who will work with creative teams to incorporate design elements into a project. We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to collaborate with our design and marketing teams. As the Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that enhance our brand and product presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing motion design expertise and the ability to bring dynamic visuals to life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design and animation requirements.
• Create visually stunning animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging visual narratives that convey our brand message and product features.
• Edit videos, create storyboards, and produce video and multimedia.
• Develop animations that demonstrate the functionality and benefits of our digital communication platform.
• Combine creative storytelling with technical expertise to produce seamless and impactful motion designs.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to integrate animations into various projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple animation projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Video Editing and Graphic Design Software.
• Familiarity with Storyboarding, Plugins, and Scripting.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion graphics work.
• Proficiency in animation software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Ability to bring creative concepts to life through animation and visual effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into dynamic visual animations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
• Excellent Time Management, Teamwork, and Storytelling skills.
• Positive Attitude and being open to feedback.

Desired:

• Familiarity with File and Asset Management Systems.
• Experience with Collaboration and Project Management Tools.
• Familiarity with digital communication solutions, SaaS, or tech products.
