Noise Media is an award winning social media marketing agency based in London. We work with some of the world’s leading brands and utilise our years of expertise within the industry to create and deliver innovative and exciting marketing campaigns. We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate motion & graphic designer who has experience creating scroll-stopping social first content. You’ll be part of a passionate and fast growing content team and working across our portfolio of clients. Your day to day will focus on creating multi-channel social content for brands both big and small across a diverse range of industries. Drawing on your design fundamentals; whether creating short-form animations designing brand guidelines, you will seamlessly be able to integrate graphics and text into engaging and slick deliverables. Working closely with the Creative Director and Senior Producer, you will be an integral part of their growing creative team. We’re flexible about working from home… currently splitting the week between WFH (Tuesday & Friday) and working in the office (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday).

Responsibilities:

• Design the look, feel and tone of branded content
• Expand on existing branding for refresh and innovative motion and design ideas
• Create organic social content and paid ad campaigns
• Brainstorm content ideas
• Share inspirational content examples
• Generate new and exciting ideas
• Take ownership of brands and responsibility for creative output
• Constantly develop skills in software for content creation
• Assist with internal brand evolution
• Create B2B content for Noise Media channels

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the Adobe suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop
• Knowledge of social media content and advertising campaigns
• Confidence and experience in design and strategy
• Intuitive within design, able to create result driving ad content for different brands
• Extremely hard-working and interested in being part of a start-up culture
• Photo editing skills - able to colour correct raw images and use AI tools
• Video editing skills - able to create simple edits and synchronize with audio
