Our Company ADOR INC. is an e-commerce website/APP that focuses on women’s and men’s apparel, targeting millennials and Gen-X age groups in North America and European countries. At AODR.com, customers will find many fashionable products at incredible prices.

The Social Media Marketing Assistant will be responsible for daily maintenance of the company’s social media accounts and optimizing traffic acquisition. They will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across key markets, including social media, influencer, and partner marketing. They will work closely with the product team to develop engaging content and creative assets, establish performance measurement criteria and KPIs, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance data. They will stay current on emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in growth marketing, digital and social media marketing, and/or e-commerce experience.
• Understanding of key acquisition channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Experience working with Facebook Ads and negotiating with ad vendors/salespeople.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite products (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects while also working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, evolving responsibilities, and wearing multiple hats.
• Ability to move fast and learn quickly.
• Passionate about fashion, the clothing industry, and e-commerce.
• BA/BS degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift
