Job Description:

At Onboardian, we are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be instrumental in designing an intuitive and engaging educational mobile application that seamlessly integrates video resources with a modern, sophisticated, and behaviorally-driven user interface.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine UI elements that enhance user interaction based on an understanding of human behavior and cognitive psychology.
• Create isometric illustrations and visual storytelling elements for a sleek, modern app interface, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
• Collaborate with cognitive psychologists, UX researchers, and HCI experts to integrate scientific insights into practical design solutions.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on feedback to improve functionality and user engagement.
• Stay current with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, applying them to create a cutting-edge user experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and understanding of isometric design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX skills, with a focus on mobile platforms.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems.
• Familiarity with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Additional Information:

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Compensation package: 1099 contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday
