Job Description:

Warner Music U (WMU) is seeking a Content Creator for the Spring 2024 Semester. WMU focuses on developing artists and creating lifelong fans for our artists and labels. The Content Creator will work part-time, up to 18 hours a week, and will be responsible for creating digital content in various forms such as videography, photography, graphic design, editing, and animation. The role involves creating content for brand partnerships and priority artists across all genres.

Requirements:

• Huge passion for music, pop culture, and social media.
• Enrollment in a 2 to 4-year university course.
• Working knowledge of digital technology, editing software packages, and professional-grade cameras.
• Demonstrable video editing ability with an impressive portfolio and/or strong social media presence.
• Understanding of virality and strategy of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Willingness to create content for personal social media profiles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently without direct supervision.
• Availability to work up to 18 hours per week.

Additional Information:

• Previous experience in creating online content or brand ambassador role is a plus.
• Previous marketing and/or music internship experience is a plus.
• Leadership experience/skills are preferred.
