Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Content Designer to join our Member Active Engagement team for a 6-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and optimizing product and partner content to enhance customer experiences. The Junior Content Designer will have a significant impact on how customers perceive and interact with our offerings.

Key Actions:

• Research, create, and edit copy for our digital member experience
• Select relevant images and videos to engage members effectively
• Create content that aligns with Vitality’s editing and tone of voice guidelines and resonates with the target audience
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and relevance of curated content
• Implement and follow quality control measures to maintain high content standards
• Utilize Sitecore (CMS) content management systems to update and store content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with member engagement objectives
• Contribute to a creative and results-driven work environment
• Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content and customer experience
• Drive continuous improvement in content creation and enhancement processes
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Content editing or curation experience and understanding
• Outstanding communication skills, including excellent written English
• Strong proven editing skills and content design
• Experience managing and producing content calendars and delivering against them
• Ability to distill complex information and make it relevant to target audience
• Knowledge and understanding of content across multiple channels (web, social, app)

Additional Information

• Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
