Wildflower Brands, (aka Wildflowercases) is a Thousand Oaks, California-based e-commerce brand designing limited edition iPhone cases is here to make the world smile. We are looking to meet the needs of the Design and Marketing Department as we soar to new heights. The ideal candidate is creative, result-driven, process-oriented, and works well with others. Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience designing for female, trendy, fashion brands targeting females ages 12 to 28 years old
• Fashion experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for designing social media assets, animations, banners, email design, pattern making, GIFs, and website banners
• Experience with Shopify/Amazon (bonus)
• Ability to meet at the offices in Thousand Oaks on a regular basis

Required Skills/Abilities

• 3-5 years working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and animation software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to execute the marketing vision and work closely with the Marketing team and executives
• Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently on projects and campaigns
• Collaborative team player and self-starter

Education

BS or BA in Graphic Design or Design preferred

Working Hours

Due to the nature of the business, various hours may be needed including weekends and holidays. The position will begin as a part-time role for a probationary period of 3 to 6 months that may grow into a full-time position if successful during the probationary period. This is not a fully remote position, but an onsite role with some flexibility to work from home depending on the business needs.
