Job Description

Bourne Commerce Group is seeking a TikTok Content Creator to work part-time for a new skincare brand. As a TikTok Growth Agency and TikTok Shop Partner, we specialize in the setup, management, and growth of TikTok accounts. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing TikTok strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and creating viral content. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging short-form video content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement timely content into the strategy
• Execute end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects
• Experiment with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing
• Engage with TikTok followers, monitor comments and trends, and drive meaningful interactions
• Analyze video performance metrics and adapt content strategies to drive engagement and growth

Requirements

• Proven track record of TikTok Content Creation
• Deep love and understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture
• Proficiency in editing content through the TikTok app
• Strong visual and storytelling skills
• Excited about being on camera as you will be featuring in the videos
• Passion for skincare and understanding of ingredients

Ad Hoc Requirements

Review and approve/reject creators through the Affiliate Programme on TikTok Shop.

Job Type, Salary, and Hours

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: £10.42 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
