Job Description:

AchieveWe is seeking an experienced and imaginative Social Media Content Creator to join our social media marketing team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our brand’s online presence by creating engaging content that resonates with our audience across various social media platforms.

• Create captivating TikTok videos that achieve viral reach, ranging from 50k to 100k views.
• Craft attention-grabbing Instagram Reels that generate significant traction, averaging between 50k to 100k views.
• Capture and share captivating images on our Instagram home page to enhance our brand’s visual appeal.
• Create persuasive and compelling descriptions for each social media post to draw the attention of our audience.
• Harness the power of trending sounds and videos to enrich the impact and relevance of our content.
• Develop comprehensive content schedules to ensure consistent and organized content delivery.
• Craft scripts and concise summaries for select video content to guide the creative process.
• Participate in on-camera appearances, effectively connecting with our audience through your authentic personality.
• Collaborate with other creators or models to co-create exceptional content.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in content creation for social media platforms, showcasing the ability to drive substantial viewership.
• Proficiency in leveraging TikTok and Instagram to optimize content reach and engagement.
• Aesthetic sensibility to curate visually appealing images and videos.
• Exceptional writing skills, enabling the crafting of captivating descriptions to enhance content impact.
• Profound awareness of trending sounds, videos, and visual styles, enriching content resonance.
• Strong organizational skills to create and manage content schedules strategically.
• Aptitude for scriptwriting to provide a narrative structure for specific video content.
• Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, ensuring engaging on-screen presence.
• Collaborative mindset, facilitating effective teamwork with fellow content creators and cross-functional teams.
