Job Description:

Evolve is looking for skilled amateur or professional freelance real estate photographers to help shoot properties in Columbus, GA and the surrounding area. The company is a vacation rental management company that helps homeowners with the marketing and distribution of their vacation homes as short-term rentals. The homes are listed on Evolve.com, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, Airbnb, and Booking.com.

Requirements:

• You will deliver unedited JPG photos that follow Evolve’s Photoshoot Standards within 2 business days.
• All images will be owned by Evolve, but you can use them for your portfolio.
• You must have a DSLR capable of auto exposure bracketing a minimum of 5 exposures with 2 full stops per shot.
• No flash is allowed.
• You must have an ultra wide-angle lens:
• 14-16mm on a full-frame camera
• 10-11mm on a crop sensor camera
• No fish-eye lens

What Evolve offers:

• Evolve will coordinate and schedule the shoots for you.
• The company will handle the editing in-house, so no editing is required on your part.
• You will be compensated for travel to properties if the distance is 60+ miles one way.

The average payment for each shoot, based on square footage and amenities, is $110- $150.
