Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning animations and motion graphics that support our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various multimedia projects including videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for projects.
• Execute projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve design quality.
• Effectively communicate ideas and present concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be local to Northeast Ohio with the ability to work in and out of our team office.
• Proven experience in this role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse motion graphics projects.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
