Job Description

The role of a UX Designer at our company involves:

• Having a minimum of 4 years of experience with UX Design at the Enterprise design level
• Demonstrating strong experience with the UX Design process, including ideation, research, user analysis, flow charts, prototyping, wireframing, etc.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and using design strategy principles to make design decisions
• Working with tools such as Figma, Slack, and Google Slides
• Conducting usability testing and writing briefs
• Possessing a strong understanding of user-centered design, B2C products, and design for mobile applications
• Showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates the full design process and how designers arrived at their solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with UX Design at the Enterprise design level
• Strong experience with the UX Design process, including ideation, research, user analysis, flow charts, prototyping, wireframing, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in using tools such as Figma, Slack, and Google Slides
• Hands-on experience with usability testing and writing briefs
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly in B2C products and mobile applications
• A portfolio that showcases the full design process and problem-solving abilities
