Job Description
The Technical Writer will be responsible for researching, organizing, and writing material such as Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Base articles, journals, templates, and various communication for publication. They will use their experience to define and determine the best approach and methods to achieve communication objectives. The candidate should be able to absorb and interpret diverse material and condense it into easily understood content for a diverse user base. They should also be comfortable exploring and learning new tools, although familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, MS Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other MS apps is preferred.
Requirements
