Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, and solution-oriented Sr. UX/UI Designer to join our Experience Design team. The perfect candidate will possess a track record of success in creating innovative and human-centered interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile platforms. They should possess a strong interest in digital concepts, a proven ability to build comprehensive design systems, and the skills to guide and inspire junior UX/UI designers. This opportunity is a temporary, full-time position for a three-month period to start. Upon the end of the three-month period, Rescue will reevaluate staffing needs and may offer a regular, full-time position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED + 5 years relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. HTML, CSS are a plus
• Portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms; including Design Systems
• A detail-oriented eye for craft and pixel-perfect design
• A robust digital concepting process
• Ability to develop and apply interaction principles to digital experiences
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload

Other Information

• Location: Remote in the US. Rescue is a remote work friendly employer. With limited exceptions, remote work is allowed on a case-by-case basis.
• Status: Temp-to-perm. This opportunity is temporary, full-time for a three month period. Upon the end of the three-month period, Rescue will reevaluate staffing needs and may offer a regular, full-time position.
• Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 /year
