Job Description:

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for developing innovative and user-centered web and mobile interface designs and interactions. They will establish consistent and reusable design patterns informed by best practices and user testing. This role will also involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The Senior UX Designer will collaborate closely with the Senior UX Manager, product managers, and business analysts to deliver UX designs that conform to requirements. They will also work with the development team to ensure the implementation of design solutions maintain visual integrity, responsiveness, and usability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing UX experiences for consumers and internal users for web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Extensive experience in human-centered design
• Experience designing and conducting usability testing and providing actionable insights for designers, product managers, and developers
• Strong design sensibility
• Ability to articulate design strategies to partners and stakeholders
• Demonstrated successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills:

• Fluent in English - written and oral
• Expert in Figma or other design software, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping tools
• Expert in usability testing design, implementation, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and designing accessible interfaces
• Strong listening skills
• Strong prioritization skills
• Expert use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
• Strong experience in Agile
