Job Description:

Design and develop visually engaging, responsive websites.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling web experiences.

Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO.

Troubleshoot and maintain web properties.

Ensure on-schedule project completion with high-quality output that falls in line with the standards of Design101.

Work methodically and meet deadlines.

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web designing and developing.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Must have knowledge of creating websites on platforms like Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc.

Strong knowledge of SEO, web performance, and security.

Must be creative and detail-oriented.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate in Kannada, English, and Hindi is a plus point.
