Client: Yardi Systems, Inc.

Location: Portland, ME

Contract: Part-time, Contract

Job Description:

• Photographer must live in Portland
• Total pay is $500.00 for 30 properties
• Must submit one set of test photos
• Photographers should take exterior property photographs of Apartments, Office, & Self-Storage properties
• Contract position starting in December and will last approximately 1 month
• Work is not intended for professional photographers, but some photo experience is required
• Photographer is given approximately 2 weeks to complete the assignment
• 15-30 unedited photos should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox for each property
• Each property should take about 15 minutes to photograph

Requirements:

• Must have a digital camera
• Must have high-speed internet for assignments and uploads
• Must have reliable transportation

Additional Information:

• FAQ: Yardi does not obtain permission from owners to photograph properties
• Pay for all 30 properties should be between $500.00-$600.00
• Please include a resume with your application
• Test shots following photo guidelines are required
