Job Description

We are seeking a freelance UX/UI Graphic Designer to join our team. As a graphic designer with UX/UI experience, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, building navigation components, and creating functional and appealing features for our clients. You should have strong project management skills and a proven track record of creating high converting, visually appealing, and functional websites. Additionally, you will be involved in graphic design for collateral development, ad campaigns, and social media.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, etc.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BS in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Web Development, or relevant field preferred

Working Conditions

• This position is a freelance role with a flexible schedule, ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week for 4 to 6 months.
• You will be provided with all the necessary software and hardware to complete the work.
• This position may require extended hours of sitting/standing and using office equipment and computers.
• Candidates should be able to manage personal stress while maintaining effective performance and meeting deadlines.

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Compensation package: 1099 contract

Experience level: 3 years
