Job Description

Altus Group is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join on a 12 month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both the build and execution of global, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The focus will be on PPC campaigns within the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Design:

• Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns for software products globally
• Create multi-touch and multi-channel customer journeys with KPIs for each stage

2. Program Development:

• Develop and manage program components including ads, keywords, and website/landing page assets for lead generation campaigns
• Work with marketing stakeholders to define budgets and KPIs for each campaign and channel

3. Program Delivery:

• Collaborate with product, content, and field marketing teams as well as 3rd party agencies to deliver campaigns on schedule
• Conduct regular audits to ensure assets are meeting desired journey needs and make necessary updates or creations

4. Evaluation & Performance Management:

• Evaluate campaign performance using tools like Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce
• Make recommendations to improve performance and produce reports to demonstrate ROI

Key Requirements

• Direct experience with designing and developing digital marketing campaigns, specifically with PPC programs
• Ability to establish relationships with coworkers across multiple departments
• Understanding of customer experience and building buyer-user relationships
• Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Action and results focused mindset
