Job Description:
Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a Website Project Manager to lead all new and ongoing website projects in Europe. The Website Project Management Lead will be responsible for managing multiple website development projects, coordinating with stakeholders across Europe, North America, and South America. The main responsibilities include consulting with marketing teams, facilitating stakeholder design reviews, leading ongoing platform and hygiene updates, driving functional improvements, and tracking website KPIs and performance.
Requirements:
- CMS experience with an understanding of cross-platform implications
- Experience working with tech/development teams and project management workflows
- Experience with HTML, web publishing, metadata, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Experience with project tracking and ticketing systems (JIRA, Trello, Workfront, etc.)
- Prior experience with 3rd party integrations (e.g., buy now button, review providers)
- Incredible organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Able to work cross-functionally and develop/maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable working with short timelines, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
