Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to work as an independent contractor on a single, exciting project here at Growth Boss. The project entails designing a unique, user-friendly website, with a focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), for a client in the Event Design Industry. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your innovative design skills and potentially land an ongoing role designing beautiful websites with Growth Boss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Conceptualization: Collaborate with the client and technical development director to understand the project’s goals, target audience, and unique requirements. Develop a clear design concept and strategy that aligns with the client’s brand and objectives.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the website’s layout, structure, and functionality. Incorporate user experience (UX) best practices to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly design.
• Visual Design: Design visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and elements, including logos, icons, and images. Ensure that the design reflects the client’s brand identity and aesthetics.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that the website design is responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of your design concepts. Provide design assets and specifications as needed for development.
• Client Feedback: Present design concepts to the client and incorporate their feedback and revisions into the final design.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the website functions correctly and appears as intended across different browsers and devices.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to start immediately
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in web design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail are a must.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor position, and compensation will be paid on a per-project basis. The specific compensation details will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate based on their experience and the scope of the project.
