Job Description:

Fox Sports Digital is looking for a Freelance Design Associate to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Freelance Design Associate, you will work with show-specific Content Producers on ways to make their vertical come alive in an exceptionally artistic way. From designing static graphics to creating engaging videos, you will be instrumental in enhancing the look, feel, and artistry of Fox Sports and FS1 social content.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the entire slate of FS1 daily studio digital programming, heightening the look and artistry of digital and social content for FS1 shows, utilizing data to support programming priorities, and conducting impromptu training sessions to keep fellow FS1 digital producers up to date with design skills.

Requirements:

• 1 year of high-level digital and social production experience with major media brands and/or major personalities
• Comprehensive knowledge of action and understanding of industry terminology
• Effective communication skills with talent, producers, and other team members
• Command of production terminology and procedures
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills
• Proficient in Mac, video editing, and design tools (Adobe Production Suite, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
• Basic understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Explorer
• Ability to operate production-related equipment
• Interest in emerging production vehicles such as digital artistry
