Job Description:

Plan B is seeking a talented freelance Art Director to help manage a variety of creative and executional needs. The Art Director will be responsible for various design assignments including brand development, ad campaigns, digital and UX design, social media marketing, direct response, video, and more. They will work closely with marketing specialists and creative minds to design and build highly strategic marketing programs for on-demand clients.

Requirements:

• Design mobile-first digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, emails, e-newsletters, microsites, digital display ads
• Design more traditional media including print ads, brochures, booklets, fliers, TV commercials, billboards, etc. based on strategic plans and assignments
• Coordinate between traditional and interactive advertising and marketing efforts
• Provide visual concept solutions that solve business problems
• Collaborate with development team to understand digital solutions and limitations
• Collaborate with other art directors, copywriters, and team members in production of creative materials
• Select design elements needed for production
• Meet deadlines and maintain knowledge of design software and hardware
• Stay current with trends in the digital art direction space
• Provide input and supervision for production of approved design materials
• Review production materials before final production
• Assist with new business presentations
• Keep senior art director informed of design-related computer hardware/software needs
