Job Description:
This is a contract Android Developer role located on-site in Phoenix, AZ. The Android Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of mobile applications for Android platforms. They will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop features, participate in code and design reviews, and perform testing to ensure quality and stability of the applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Android application development
- Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience building, testing, and debugging Android applications
- Knowledge of RESTful web services and API design
- Experience with Android Studio and the Android SDK
- Experience with Git and code versioning tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
