Job Description

As a Brand Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints
• Exciting and motivating colleagues in your department by sharing brand knowledge and product information to help drive sales
• Taking responsibility for tasks beyond the role expectation and identifying opportunities to improve business, customer service, and retail standards
• Following health and safety procedures, security procedures, and actively preventing stock loss
• Adapting to day-to-day challenges and working across different departments as needed
• Building and maintaining client relationships through exceptional service

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• An ability to work with sales, CRM, and NPS targets
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver brand training to a team
• Knowledge of competitors and their activities
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Collaborative mindset and ability to keep brand partners and colleagues informed
• Approachable leadership style and willingness to support and coach team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining retail standards
