Job Description

We are seeking a temporary Digital Marketing Specialist to fill a 6-month contract position in our marketing department. The position is available due to the current marketing specialist going on maternity leave. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and YouTube.
• Creating and updating content for websites and blogs.
• Utilizing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
• Working in the Microsoft Word Suite for daily tasks.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing within a professional services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and YouTube.
• Experience in content management and updates for websites and blogs.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Word Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Additional Information

• The position is based in either Sacramento, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, and the candidate must be located within a reasonable driving time to one of our offices.
• Hybrid work arrangement with at least 2 days in the office.
• 8am-5pm schedule with a 1-hour lunch break.
• The pay range for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
• The tentative start date is sometime in the second week of February, with some flexibility.
