Job Description

As a contract photographer for Flashback Photography, your main responsibility will be to capture photographs of children in team and individual sports photography shoots. Most shoots will take place outdoors, but some may be indoors. You must be comfortable and experienced working in both environments and be able to handle busy situations. The duration of photo shoots can range from 3 to 10 hours.

We encourage contract photographers to bring their own equipment, including a DSLR or Professional Mirrorless camera, lenses, and lights. In-house training is available to support your development.

This position is ideal for freelance photographers seeking additional gigs.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Own a DSLR or Professional Mirrorless Camera
• Be available on Saturdays
• Have your own transportation

Preferred Skills

While not required, it is preferable if you have the following skills:

• Knowledgeable in balancing artificial and natural light
• Skilled in posing children and adults in a busy environment
• Organized and critical of your own work
• Physically capable of standing and crouching for 3-10 hours outdoors
• Access to lights and knowledge of how to use them
