Job Description

As a Senior Multi-disciplinary Designer, you will be a crucial part of the creative development process within the company. You will work with various stakeholders to create innovative solutions that will enhance our brand. Your responsibilities will include conceptualization, prototyping, production, quality assurance, and project management. You may also liaise with vendors and collaborate with peers in Digital, Email Marketing, Marketing, Compliance, and Comms. This role requires excellent multi-tasking, communication, and prioritization skills. The role is on an as-needed basis, as we are building a pool of qualified individuals with corporate design experience. You will be contacted for projects based on your availability. This will be a fully remote role on a 12 month contract basis with potential for extension.

Requirements

  • University degree or College diploma in graphic design or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in conceptualization, solution development, campaign execution, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premium Pro)
  • Expertise in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in storyboarding, video editing, and animation with a digital-first approach
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and custom animations
  • Solid creative, social, and web knowledge, with a consistent record of innovative solutions and excellent client service
  • Strong consultative skills to work with business leaders and align with priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design concepts and solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive team player
