Job Description
Steamroller Animation is seeking mid- to senior-level Animators for a 4-6 month project. The Animators will collaborate with the team and be guided by experienced Animation Supervisors and Leads. They will be responsible for producing high-quality final animations, adhering to production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of studio production experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk’s Maya
- Strong understanding of animation principles
- Knowledge of human and animal anatomy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with Production and Leadership
- Experience with motion capture and creature animation is a plus
Additional Information
This is a work-from-home position contracted by our studio located in British Columbia. All candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Compensation Overview
The salary range for this specific project in the BC, Canada area is $80k - $145k (CAD). Final salary offers will take into account various factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and skills.
