Job Description

The UX designer will be responsible for wireframing, visual design, and prototyping using various tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Axure. They will work on experience flows and concepts for visual designs, iterating designs and solutions efficiently. The role requires a solid UX design process focused on outcomes and experience with user research, user-centered design techniques, design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design concepts. The designer should have experience designing software within an Agile SDLC and follow UX design standard methodologies. Collaboration and communication with teams and partners in a distributed model is essential, along with outstanding communication skills and the ability to persuade others of good ideas.

Requirements

• Experience with wireframing, visual design, and prototyping tools
• Ability to work on experience flows and concepts for visual designs
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently
• Solid UX design process focused on outcomes
• Experience with user research, user-centered design techniques, design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design concepts
• Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
• Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model
• Strong intuition and empathy
• Outstanding communication skills

Additional Information:

• Proposed Project Description: Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering product managers, enterprise architects, software engineers, and other experience designers to understand business objectives. Establish and communicate design vision through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. Drive product experience vision and serve as part of the leadership team for digital transformation projects.
