Job Description:

AGM Renovations is seeking a Sales and Design professional to promote and sell our renovation services. The responsibilities for this role include:

• Presenting and promoting AGM solutions for residential renovations
• Designing and creating 3D concept layouts in Sketch Up
• Creating itemized quotes based on designs
• Meeting with clients both at their homes and in the AGM office
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a seamless execution after the sale
• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
• Working with customers to select interior finishes and features
• Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Keeping CRM system up to date on sales activities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A passion for design, interior design, and/or furniture layouts
• Experience with home design or room design
• Experience with designing on the spot
• Experience with interior finish selection and upgrade sales
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Sketchup or 3D design is a mandatory requirement
• Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive relationships
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
