Job Description

Are you a social media magic maker? Can you spin relatable stories that spark conversations and build genuine connections? We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator (UGC, Organic) to join our team and become the creative engine behind our social media presence.

What You’ll Do…

• Bring our brand to life: Think catchy captions, eye-catching visuals, and content that feels authentic and resonates with our audience.
• Decode the social media puzzle: Get inside the heads of our target audience – their interests, needs, and what gets them talking. Use those insights to craft content that hits the mark.
• Collaborate like a pro: We thrive on a culture of open minds and shared ideas. You’ll join forces with the marketing team to brainstorm, build, and refine our social strategy.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Trends move fast, but you’ll be our resident social media sherpa, navigating the latest platforms and keeping our content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• A storytelling whiz: You can weave words and visuals into captivating narratives that resonate with others.
• A social media native: You know the language of parents like the back of your hand, memes and all.
• Authentic and relatable: You get people, and you can connect with them on a personal level.
• Collaborative spirit: You love bouncing ideas around and working as part of a team.
• Bonus points: Video editing, graphic design, and paid social media experience are awesome, but not mandatory.
