Job Description

Are you a highly skilled, confident Motion Graphics/Animator Video Editor? As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning animations, visual effects, and motion graphics for a wide range of clients, also coaching our junior and mid-weight Motion Designers across a diverse range of projects. With extensive experience of industry-standard software, particularly After Effects and Premier Pro (solid understanding of Cinema 4D desirable), you’ll have knowledge and experience to take our service to the next level. Able to manage projects from start to finish, you’ll be collaborating day to day with global creative teams. As well as having industry strength skills, we’re looking for someone creative with a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense. You must be comfortable working with customers in presenting ideas and solutions. A highly collaborative team player you’ll be passionate about conceptualising and transforming creative concepts into industry leading campaigns and media assets. Unafraid to vary your delivery responsibilities, as part of the senior team you’ll be able to develop a clear strategy to keep the services relevant, innovative and leading edge. This role is ideally suited to a Senior Designer who has worked for a large blue chip or agency-side and possibly in TV, film or broadcast.

Other Information

All of our creative roles require ‘hands-on’ production experience. Experience of working with distributed global teams would be an advantage.

Highly Desirable: 3D motion design packages such as Cinema 4D
