Job Description:

A Phoenix-based real estate research firm is seeking photographers in or willing to travel around the greater Savannah, GA metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic exterior property photographs of approximately 11 multifamily/apartment/storage/office properties. The job starts ASAP and lasts for approximately 1 week.

Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high-speed Internet for assignments and uploads, and reliable transportation. Some photo experience is required, although the work is not intended for professional photographers.

The photographer will need to take 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors and upload them via a Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph, as only exterior shots are required. Depending on the location of the properties, photographers may be able to photograph 2-3 properties per hour. Assignments are sent out on a first-come, first-served basis to minimize driving time and distance.
