Job Description
The Graphics and Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for providing and leading professional graphics and multimedia services for Banks Renewables Limited. They will work under the supervision of the Graphics Team Manager and ensure the timely and cost-effective production of graphical presentational materials to communicate business brand and project goals. They will also be responsible for maintaining and improving systems for the preparation, storage, and archiving of all graphical materials and digital output, as well as managing the Banks brand and associated guidelines.
Requirements
Education/Technical Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant design, digital, or creative discipline
- Proven competency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Desirable:
- Experience working in advertising agencies, graphic design businesses, or the land or energy industry sectors
- Knowledge and understanding of visual and multimedia software such as SketchUp, Animate, XD, Premier Pro, After Effects, and web CMS systems like Wordpress
- Knowledge or understanding of AutoCAD and GIS systems like QGIS and ArcGIS Pro
- Experience with photography and video
Working Environment
The Graphics and Multimedia Specialist will primarily work in an office-based or remote working environment. They may also need to visit sites, satellite offices, and attend meetings with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Contacts
The Graphics and Multimedia Specialist will primarily work with the Graphics Team Manager and internal colleagues and managers. They will also have contacts with suppliers, consultants, and local authority personnel.
