Job Description:

The UX Product Designer will be responsible for:

• Identifying user needs and demonstrating how design decisions support them
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Confidently explaining and rationalizing design decisions to stakeholders
• Designing successful, user-focused solutions that balance business objectives and user needs and meet accessibility standards
• Planning and facilitating workshops, usability testing, and other research and design activities
• Communicating key insights from research and design activities

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of interaction design
• Passion for solving problems through elegant and clean designs
• Strong background in creating research and design artifacts such as user personas, journey maps, wireframes/sketches, and prototypes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, energetic approach to work
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and users
• Ability to present and report findings and solutions in engaging ways
• Experience with building complex multi-persona applications
• Familiarity with Figma, Zeplin, CS Suite, and other product design tools
• Commitment to creating pixel-perfect visual comps paired with detailed interaction specifications
• Knowledgeable about agile/lean UX environment
• Portfolio (online or in document form) demonstrating UX Product Design experience and skills

Other Information:

Location: Seattle, WA preferred but can work remote
