Job Description

The website designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs from concept to completion. They will develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life and implement custom websites that align with the client’s brand and business objectives. They will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, conduct user research and usability testing, and optimize websites for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Troubleshooting and resolving design and functionality issues, as well as maintaining a high level of quality throughout the design and development process, will also be part of the job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a website designer with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes and custom website designs
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and implementing custom websites
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Additional Information
