Job Description:
We are seeking a senior packaging designer with a minimum of 8+ years of full-time experience. Responsibilities will include designing initial packaging concepts through pre-production approvals. Generating original logos and creative packaging concepts that keep within each brand’s identity through layout, logo, fonts, and copyright. Producing mock-ups and providing technical information for product development. Directing product photography with outsourced photographer and model to ensure principal imagery for packaging projects. Communicating with numerous overseas factories to ensure proper artwork production. Strong multi-tasking abilities and communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of full-time packaging design experience
- Ability to generate original logos and creative packaging concepts
- Strong understanding of brand identity through layout, logo, fonts, and copyright
- Experience in producing mock-ups and providing technical information for product development
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience in directing product photography with outsourced photographer and model
- Ability to communicate with overseas factories for proper artwork production
